Melissa Hicks, Marketing Strategy

Mosaic Marketing’s founder has nearly 25 years of experience developing and implementing marketing strategies for companies and organizations. Her expertise includes branding, content development, hard-hitting communications, public relations, and results-oriented marketing campaigns. Melissa’s scope of experience spans several sectors including broadband, media, engineering, technology, financial services, fundraising, nonprofits and associations. In 2020, she was named one of the industry’s Most Powerful Women by Cablefax Magazine. Melissa graduated with highest distinction from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.

Rochelle Carr, Graphic & Website Design

 

Rochelle has more than 20 years of digital design experience with a focus on graphic and website design. She seamlessly integrates functionality and compelling artistic elements, including hand-drawn illustrations, digital art and infographics, to create a memorable user experience and dynamic print pieces. She has worked extensively in the areas of B2B and non-profits, with clients in industries spanning professional services, education, manufacturing, healthcare, IT and travel/tourism. Rochelle graduated from University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Fine Arts.

Amy Hietpas, Digital Media

 

Amy began her marketing career by building a supermarket brand in post-Cold War Poland. In the 25 years since then, she has worked in international marketing and development and later moved into account management for an early interactive agency, developing websites and online marketing strategies for clients in the pharmaceutical, non-profit and education fields. Amy’s breadth of experience brings insight and creativity to digital marketing initiatives for Mosaic clients including social media, email campaigns and website content management. Amy earned a degree in Marketing and International Business from Marquette University.

Melissa Rodrigue, Graphic Design & Production

 

With an eye for detail and creative flair, for 15 years Melissa has created memorable brands for a diverse range of products, services and events. Her portfolio of work includes logos, logos, brochures, direct mail campaigns, advertisements, annual reports, stage graphics, exhibit booths and column wraps. Melissa manages the production process from start to finish including paper selection, proofing, on-press, bindery, quality control and deadline management. An Aggie through and through, Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Texas A&M University.

Kenneth Wajda, Photography & Videography

 

Early in his career, Kenneth was an award-winning news photographer for a large metropolitan New Jersey daily newspaper. Since 2001 he has focused on commercial and editorial photography as well as documentary projects and videography. He has captured corporate leaders, politicians, products and events on film and video in locations across the U.S. He thoroughly enjoys the storytelling aspect of his work.  Kenneth earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Bloomsburg University and studied cinematography and film production at New York University.

Jennifer Whalen, Copy Writing & Editing 

 

Jennifer has more than 30 years of writing and editing experience including 15 years as a trade journalist and editor of a technology magazine. She has covered heavy lift and transport, telecommunications, broadband, utilities, human resources, intellectual property, logistics, enterprise architecture, and numerous other topics. She is skilled at writing B2B marketing materials, including websites, blogs, brochures, sales sheets, case studies, press releases, white papers, proposals, and other collateral or deliverables. She delivers crisp copy appropriately tailored to the target audience and delivery vehicle. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of California, Berkeley.
