HR professionals tend to keep a low profile. Consequently, no one was really talking about the tremendous value to the industry being provided by the Cable and Telecommunications Human Resources Association (CTHRA), including its Annual Compensation Surveys. CTHRA sought greater industry visibility for its initiatives and events.
Mosaic Marketing developed and implemented an ongoing PR and communiations campaign to elevate industry awareness of CTHRA and position the nonprofit as the industry’s premier source for industry-specific HR benchmarks, learning and networking. The scope of our efforts include media relations, story pitches, writing and distributing press releases, publishing a bi-monthly newsletter, writing op-ed articles, managing the org’s social media presence and photographing their events. Today, CTHRA’s initiatives are regularly featured in the leading trade publications which raised awareness of the organization and resulted in increased membership and event attendance.
